Dear parents,
So far, this holiday hasn't been so great for me. Last week I got sunburnt from laying too much in the sun. I also felt sick because of it. Right now, after I finally got back on my feet it started raining and I can't go out because it's an orange code for rain. Looking on the good side, I made some new friends that live close and come visit me often. I even went at their place once and we played on their play station. If it weren't for this rain we would have been in the woods near by. My new friends said they made a tree house and invited me over to have fun again. I miss home too and the friends that wait for me there. Also I bought some souvenirs for everyone. I hope you'll like them. I can't wait to return!
